At Gold Star Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your receipt to ensure the bottle remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the item back to our quality control facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
